Cloud Design Build is a Florida construction and design‑build firm with experience spanning residential, commercial, and large‑scale development projects. Founded in 2011 by James J. Cloud and built on a construction legacy dating back to the early 1970s, the firm delivers projects across South Florida and Southwest Florida and provides consulting services statewide.
Our work includes custom homes, residential developments, commercial development projects, and complex building systems requiring coordinated planning, disciplined execution, and long‑term performance. Whether a single residence or a multi‑phase development, each project is approached with the same emphasis on early decision‑making, technical clarity, and integrated design‑build delivery.
