Cloud Design Build is a custom home builder and design-build firm founded in 2011, with roots in the construction industry dating back to the early 1970s.
We design and build custom homes in Southwest Florida, with a focus on Punta Gorda and the surrounding communities, including Build On Your Lot and presale homes. Each project is carefully considered, from layout and proportions to materials and long-term performance.
Most problems in construction come from decisions made too late. We focus on getting those decisions right from the beginning, aligning planning, design, and construction so projects move efficiently and perform the way they should.
Our work extends beyond construction. Each home is treated as a complete project, where design intent, execution, and long-term performance are considered together.
In addition to building, we provide construction consulting and expert services for property owners, legal teams, and developers, including owner’s representation, construction defect analysis, and project oversight.
